What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Ensure scalable operations by continuously monitoring and optimizing critical workflows across the entire operations center.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams to align operational strategies and proactively resolve emerging challenges.
• Reliability Management: Maintain exceptionally high reliability standards by meticulously overseeing incident response procedures and monitoring overall system performance.
• Process Innovation: Champion innovation within the center by diligently implementing process improvements and carefully leveraging new technologies for enhanced efficiency.
• Team Development: Promote extensive knowledge sharing and comprehensive training initiatives to build robust team expertise and foster organizational resilience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. A high school diploma or GED is required, complemented by previous relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations or supervisory roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in operations center technologies, incident management systems, and data analytics; strong understanding of rail operations, safety protocols, and process optimization; demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field.
