The Tone:
This is an early-career, full-time rotational program at Wesco, designed to prepare individuals for a Supply Chain role within the company. The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person Pittsburgh, PA
• Pay: $26–$28 hourly
• Team: Reports directly to a Supply Chain leader and receives support from a peer mentor.
• Mission: Develop future Supply Chain leaders through a 24-month rotational program, culminating in placement in a full-time Supply Chain position.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Learning: Complete four, six-month rotations across core Supply Chain functions, including DC/Branch Operations, Category Management, and Inventory.
• Specialized Development: Electively engage with areas such as Transportation, Advanced Operations & LEAN, Advanced Analytics, and Sustainability & Supplier Diversity.
• Mentored Growth: Work directly under the supervision of a Supply Chain leader and receive guidance from a dedicated peer mentor.
• Program Engagement: Participate in all program events, including an in-person orientation, a virtual mid-year event, and a graduation ceremony at Wesco HQ.
• Full-Time Placement: Successfully complete the 24-month program, preparing for placement into a full-time Supply Chain position at Wesco.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a business-related field, having graduated within the past 12 months.
• Experience: Prior internship in a business-related field.
• Skills: Strong technical and analytical abilities, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), a result-oriented team player mindset, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States.
• Bonus: Experience working for an industrial distributor, contractor, or Supplier; ability to travel 0% – 25%.
