Operations Leadership Program | Carrier

The Tone:
This is a three-year Operations Leadership Program at Carrier, involving three 12-month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Florida, requiring geographic relocation between each rotation. Carrier Global Corporation is a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, creating innovations that bring comfort, safety, and sustainability to life through advancements in temperature control, air quality, and transportation. This role is crucial for engaging people, strategizing, and deploying initiatives to drive a transformation across Operations, which includes Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S, and Manufacturing.

• Pay: $53000–$106000 yearly
• Team: Operations (comprised of Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S, and Manufacturing)
• Mission: Drive transformation and continuous improvement within Carrier’s global operations to enhance the creation and delivery of products and services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Transformation: Engage people, strategize, and deploy initiatives to meet business and career challenges across Operations.
• Implement Continuous Improvement: Lead the deployment of Carrier’s continuous improvement operating system across factories and obtain a Carrier Excellence Certificate.
• Support Strategic Sourcing: Contribute to global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
• Apply Manufacturing Principles: Learn and apply core manufacturing concepts using cutting-edge technology and lean principles.
• Build Networks and Receive Mentorship: Develop a cross-business, cross-functional network and receive guidance from Carrier Operations Leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years and maximum of 3 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program with expected graduation Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027.
• Experience: 2+ years and maximum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction (for Bachelor’s degree candidates).
• Skills: GPA of 3.0 or higher; eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship; geographic mobility and willingness to relocate for rotations; ability to start the program in June 2027.
• Bonus: Relevant internship, co-op, or previous work experience; ability to perform duties related to Manufacturing Supervisor roles; strong commitment and interest in an operations career; proactive and results-driven approach; capacity to lead, motivate, and influence through effective communications.
