Operations Analyst | TEKsystems
The Tone:
This is a contract-to-hire role at TEKsystems, located in Kennett Square, PA. TEKsystems is a large organization with 80,000 team members, partnering with over 6,000 clients, including 80% of the Fortune 500, across North America, Europe, and Asia. This role is crucial for maintaining the uptime and performance of customer energy systems by providing real-time monitoring and first-line support within a 24/7 operations center. This individual will help ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction within a global manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitoring: Monitor customer energy systems and assets in real-time to ensure uptime and performance.
• Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues or escalate when needed.
• Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide system health updates.
• Documentation: Document incidents, communications, and actions taken in internal systems.
• Analysis: Analyze technical data to identify trends or potential issues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level. Bachelor’s degree preferred; open to recent college graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, monitoring, and customer-facing support within a global manufacturing organization focused on energy systems.
• Experience: No specific years required. Ability to follow established standard operating procedures with strong attention to detail and comfortable working a shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Skills: Operations analysis, strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, effective written and verbal communication, data analysis, customer service.
• Bonus: Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn; ability to stay calm and focused in a real-time operations environment.
