This is a full-time, warehouse-based position at Lime, located in Louisville, KY, with regional management responsibilities across Kentucky and Tennessee. • Team: Regional Operations team managing multiple markets across KY & TN
• Mission: Optimize fleet readiness and operational efficiency across the KY & TN region to ensure profitable, revenue-generating micromobility services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and mechanic staff, including managing workforce schedules, planning staffing needs, and resolving attendance and timesheet discrepancies.
• Fleet Readiness: Ensure vehicle availability, charging, maintenance coordination, rebalancing, and cleanliness across Louisville, Knoxville, Nashville, and future KY & TN markets to maintain overall operational uptime.
• Efficiency Driving: Set quality metrics, track team performance, and ensure accountability to daily targets to drive efficiency in both in-warehouse and out-of-warehouse operations.
• Operational Optimization: Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks, while also implementing strict quality processes to ensure safety and team adherence to daily targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally on operations projects, define and monitor KPIs for profitability and performance, and maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, and employees.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 1+ years of experience within an Operations position, with demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple operational units or holding direct P&L ownership.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise with the KY & TN region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this area.
• Skills: High-energy with sound decision-making abilities, a cost-focused mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluency in verbal and written English, and familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets to navigate and draw inference from data.
• Bonus: Tableau & SQL knowledge.
