What We Look For In a Claude Tutor

  Skilled at teaching prompt crafting techniques, output analysis, and practical AI application using Claude. Guides students through constructing clear and detailed prompts, leveraging long context windows for document analysis, using Claude for research synthesis, code review, writing feedback, and data interpretation. Emphasizes critical thinking about AI outputs and connects Claude usage to research productivity, content development, and analytical problem-solving.

• Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction:

  Familiar with AI assistant literacy needs and common challenges such as crafting precise instructions, evaluating AI-generated analysis for accuracy, and understanding model limitations and appropriate use cases. Adapts instruction using hands-on interaction practice, prompt iteration exercises, and ethical AI discussion to support students and professionals learning to leverage Claude effectively for academic research, writing, and professional productivity.

• Effective Teaching Methods:

  Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
