Onboard Service Specialist, Aircraft Appearance | Republic Airways

The Tone:

This role is crucial for ensuring codeshare partners receive exceptional onboard services support, maintaining aircraft appearance standards, and managing operational and financial data related to these services. This specialist plays a key liaison role, driving operational excellence and compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all codeshare partners, delivering operational excellence through performance, communication, and overall customer engagement.
• Quality Control: Perform onsite audits of both vendor services and aircraft appearance items to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze audit information to track and trend deficiencies, troubleshooting issues and making recommendations to address specific challenges.
• Vendor Management: Facilitate bi-weekly conference calls with cleaning vendor leadership and act as the point person for renewal and updates to vendor contracts.
• Resource Oversight: Order aircraft appearance supplies, track their delivery, and manage cleaning expenditures, operational delays, galley carts, and Tarmac Delay Kits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. This role requires at least 1 year of specialized training beyond high school in computer software, data analysis, or front-line supervision, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in any combination of auditing/analyzing, airline operations, or catering/cleaning functions.
• Skills: Ability to interpret and consolidate data to influence decision-making; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access; ability to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions.
• Bonus: Previous project management experience.
