What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Experience Facilitation: Ensure patients have a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure, including preparing the office, greeting each individual warmly, and cultivating a welcoming environment.
• Operational Management: Efficiently manage patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling to maintain optimal patient flow throughout the day, reviewing schedules and preparing for any special requests.
• Financial Administration: Accurately handle billing, process payments, answer patient questions regarding financial matters, and provide clear information about treatment plans, procedures, and financing options.
• Community Building & Feedback: Actively gather patient feedback, proactively encourage them to share their experiences online through reviews, and build strong, personal relationships to support future patient acquisition.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate effectively with doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants, attending daily huddles to contribute to shared goals and provide essential administrative support like filing, scanning, and data entry.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a current BLS certification. This is an administrative support role integral to patient experience in a dental setting.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks, patient scheduling, and financial processing in an office environment, ensuring a seamless patient journey.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a warm and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a team. This role requires a sales-oriented, results-focused, and adaptable individual.
