The Tone:
This is a full-time, cohort-based rotational development program at Seabourn Cruise Line, located in Seattle, WA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Complete structured rotational assignments across diverse business functions such as Finance, Strategy, Analytics, Guest Experience, Operations, Technology, and Human Resources, building broad business acumen and preparing for long-term career opportunities.
• Skill Development: Develop crucial analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills through meaningful hands-on business projects, dedicated professional development programming, and ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Networking & Exposure: Build professional relationships across the organization by participating in cohort programming, engaging in mentorship opportunities, attending leadership sessions, and networking events with professionals from multiple North America brands.
• Career Foundation: Establish a robust foundation for future analyst, specialist, and leadership roles, paving the way for long-term career success within Carnival Corporation’s North America organization.
• Functional Contributions: Contribute to specific areas during rotations, which may include financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, guest analytics, digital marketing, fleet planning, or project management within corporate functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A recent graduate with a demonstrated interest in building a career within business analytics, strategy, finance, operations, technology, project management, or other core business functions.
• Experience: This program is specifically designed for individuals launching their careers, offering hands-on business project involvement and executive exposure as core components of development.
