What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit & Balance: Oversee the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Guest Service: Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate.
• Overnight Support: Serve as a key role for overnight hotel support, working independently and assisting teams when needed.
• Operations Management: Manage front desk operations, including selling and upselling rooms, checking guest credit accounts daily, and keeping cash drawers secure and in balance.
• Procedural Adherence: Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property-specific brand standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level understanding of hotel operations and basic financial auditing principles.
• Experience: Proficiency with hotel systems including phone PBX, key lock, and PMS reservation systems; demonstrated ability to work independently overnight and provide front desk support; general knowledge of the surrounding area and housekeeping.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication in English; strong organizational skills and honesty; ability to manage pressure situations appropriately; finger dexterity for operating computer PMS systems.
