The Tone:

• Mission: Train recent hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions specifically in the Rooms division.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete a comprehensive 6-month corporate management training program.
• Participate in a 6-week rotational schedule through various departments of the hotel.
• Focus for 18 weeks on developing expertise within Rooms Operations.
• Gain experience through rotational schedules in Engineering, Events, Finance, Food and Beverage, Human Resources, and Sales divisions.
• Prepare for hotel management positions, specifically within the Rooms division.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Nine months of prior relevant industry work experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus activities; provide positive references from two previous work experiences; possess continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bonus: Preferred minimum G.P.A. of 3.0.
