What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Facilitate the smooth execution of F&B initiatives by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources under senior guidance.
• Strategic Analysis Support: Assist in gathering and synthesizing information to support strategic decision-making within hospitality and F&B projects.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and readability for various stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Manage internal and external communications related to F&B projects, fostering effective collaboration and information flow.
• Market Understanding Application: Apply an understanding of the luxury and high-end sector to contribute relevant insights to F&B project development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s student pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a Business School, or enrolled in a specialized Hospitality/F&B School. This position is suitable for an entry-level professional eager to gain experience.
• Experience: Possess at least one prior strategic experience, specifically within support services, in the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
• Skills: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the luxury and high-end market sector; exhibit the capability to articulate and structure clear, readable content for diverse audiences; possess excellent communication skills for effective internal and external interactions; and maintain mandatory fluency in English.
