NextGen Leadership Program Associate | Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, located in Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX. Southern Glazer’s is North America’s largest total beverage distributor and a family-owned business since 1933. This role matters because it develops the next generation of leaders for the company, providing hands-on experience and contributing to the future of beverage distribution within a culture that values excellence, innovation, and community.

• Team: Reports to rotation managers within a program sponsored by the CHRO
• Mission: To develop the next generation of leaders within the U.S.’s largest wine and spirits distributor through a two-year rotational program.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead projects through structured rotational assignments across four, six-month core business functions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to optimize commercial performance.
• Optimize logistics, inventory, and supplier operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop essential leadership traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving through hands-on experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a multi-disciplinary program. This is an entry-level leadership development role.
• Experience: Must be a graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation. Demonstrated leadership in school or work and a proven track record of delivering results. Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, clear and concise verbal and written communication, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
