NextGen Rotation Program Associate | First Horizon Bank

This is a full-time, in-person role at First Horizon Bank, located in one of seven designated hub cities across the southern U.S. First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, headquartered in Memphis, TN, dedicated to helping clients, communities, and associates unlock their full potential. What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete Rotations: Build enterprise knowledge and practical banking experience through assigned rotations across designated business areas.
• Support Initiatives: Assist with assigned projects, business initiatives, client-related activities, process improvements, or operational work as directed by rotation supervisors.
• Engage & Learn: Participate fully in required program activities, including orientation, cohort meetings, leadership development sessions, and workshops, while applying learning and feedback.
• Develop Plans: Complete program assignments, reflection activities, development plans, performance check-ins, and end-of-rotation evaluations on time.
• Demonstrate Growth: Contribute to capstone or program-related project work that showcases enterprise learning, critical thinking, and leadership readiness.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent or soon-to-be college graduate within 12 months of graduation, holding a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience: No specific years required, but recent graduates are sought. Demonstrated strong performance, learning agility, and organizational impact.
• Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with an ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to new environments.
• Bonus: Interest in building a long-term career with First Horizon, willingness to rotate across business areas and locations, and demonstrated leadership potential.
