What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to product roadmaps and gather detailed requirements for software solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct customer research and data analysis to inform product decisions and lifecycle management.
• Support the software development lifecycle by applying UX/UI principles and A/B testing.
• Facilitate communication and manage expectations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed or in process of completing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with no more than 12 months since graduation prior to start date. Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Product/Project Management, or related fields.
• Experience: No more than 24 months of prior professional work experience (excluding internships, teaching, research, or military).
• Skills: Proficiency in Product Management principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira and Confluence, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
• Bonus: Project experience demonstrating strong analytical, modeling, and research skills, strong executive-level presentation skills, and the ability to handle ambiguity in unstructured work situations.
