• Strategy & Vision Development: Develop the strategy and vision for the Payments XDLC operating model, lifecycle standards, and ways of working, translating them into a pragmatic roadmap that delivers measurable value to Payments product and engineering teams.
• Controls Integration: Partner with risk, controls, compliance, and architecture to embed “built-in” controls (e.g., automated evidence, standardized guardrails) directly into the operating model and lifecycle standards to improve auditability and reduce operational risk.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Vice President level with 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domains such as platform/developer-experience product, AI product, enterprise technology transformation, or change management, coupled with advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
