What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage the product lifecycle, including product roadmapping and backlog prioritization.
• Define detailed product requirements using user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct customer and user research to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, and analytics tools to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies and UX/UI principles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a university bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field like Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Analytics. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No more than 24 months of prior professional experience (excluding internships, teaching assistance, research, or military experience). Must have graduated within the last 12 months and be able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Skills: Strong analytical, modeling, and research abilities, executive-level presentation skills, demonstrated success delivering results in a team setting, ability to manage ambiguous situations, proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Bonus: Project experience showcasing strong analytical capabilities, public speaking and workshop facilitation skills, ability to shape and influence ideas, and a team-oriented approach to leadership.
