Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchant Acquisition & Sales Growth: Identify and acquire new restaurant partners, assisting them in optimizing their performance to achieve higher order volumes and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV). You will be directly responsible for sales revenue and increasing market share in your territory.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Arrange and conduct in-person meetings to effectively negotiate and finalize contracts with potential new merchants.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing cooperating merchants. Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, coordinating with various internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, continuously improving merchant satisfaction and service quality, and ensuring seamless business operations.
- On-site Support: Conduct regular visits to merchants, providing necessary support such as applying for or replacing merchant materials (e.g., marketing collateral, packaging).
- Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful deployment of our solutions and services, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
- Platform Management: Accurately maintain and consistently update the backend settings for all assigned merchants on our platform.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Delivery Operations teams to align strategies focused on maximizing Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
Job Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Mandarin. Proficiency in Cantonese will be considered a significant asset.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in business negotiation, sales, and marketing management is highly preferred.
- Prior working experience within Internet or tech companies is preferred.
- Skills & Aptitude:
- Strong time management and project management capabilities.
- High sensitivity to market trends and a strong analytical approach to data.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and a genuine desire to work closely with restaurants.
- Resilience and persistence; not afraid of being refused in sales interactions.
- Top-notch interpersonal and people skills.
- Excellent teamwork ability, capable of collaborating effectively with different internal teams to promote business cooperation, while also demonstrating the capacity to efficiently complete business negotiations independently.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
