This role provides essential day-to-day support to the Optical Merchandising team, ensuring that optical locations receive accurate products and necessary merchandising materials. • Mission: Ensures optical locations receive correct products and merchandising materials through administrative and operational support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Data Management: Accurately enter new product information, SKUs, pricing, and attributes into internal systems.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Assist with placing basic product orders, track shipment status, and communicate with vendors on simple order questions.
• Store Merchandising Support: Prepare and send merchandising materials, such as frame tags and display pieces, to optical stores.
• Reporting & Administrative Assistance: Pull weekly or monthly sales and product reports as directed, and maintain organized merchandising files.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma required for this entry-level role, with an interest in retail, merchandising, or the optical industry.
• Experience: Retail, customer service, or administrative experience is beneficial; no prior optical experience is necessary as training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication with a positive attitude.
• Bonus: Some college is preferred, along with a willingness to learn about optical products and merchandising.
