Member Success Partner Apprentice | OCHIN, Inc.

The Tone: This is a full-time apprenticeship at OCHIN, Inc., a nonprofit healthcare technology organization operating remotely across the United States. OCHIN, with over 1,200 employees, is dedicated to improving health outcomes and expanding access to care nationwide by providing essential technology and support to healthcare organizations. This role is crucial for strengthening member relationships and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for OCHIN’s partners, ultimately helping to improve patient care in rural and underserved communities.

• Team: Member Success team. This role provides administrative, coordination, and project support to Member Success Partners.
• Mission: Strengthen member relationships, improve follow-through, organize information, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality member experience for OCHIN’s healthcare partners.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Member Engagement: Coordinate scheduling, prepare materials, and document key discussion points, decisions, and action items for member check-ins and executive business reviews.
• Maintain Administrative Records: Ensure accurate and complete documentation in Salesforce, shared team resources, meeting notes, contact lists, and other approved member records.
• Compile and Analyze Reports: Run, organize, and review reports, dashboards, and success metrics to support member conversations, portfolio analysis, and action planning.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams to clarify next steps, gather updates, and route questions to ensure timely follow-through on member-related work and project initiatives.
• Advance Professional Development: Participate in structured training, shadow experienced partners, and apply feedback to develop foundational knowledge of OCHIN systems and consultative service skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Individuals with aptitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn, bringing experience from various fields including healthcare, customer service, operations, education, technology, military service, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience: 1–2 years of related work experience, preferably in coordination, administration, project support, customer service, healthcare operations, or technology support.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, deadlines, and documentation across multiple priorities; clear and professional written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams); ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, health informatics, communications, or a related field; experience in healthcare, Federally Qualified Health Centers, health information technology, Epic, customer success, account coordination, or project coordination; experience using Salesforce, Tableau, JIRA, or SharePoint; interest in developing consultative skills and strategic relationship management.
