What You’ll Actually Do
• Member Experience: Act as the initial point of contact for Wasatch Peaks Credit Union, ensuring a positive experience that shapes members’ overall perception of the institution.
• Financial Assistance: Provide one-on-one support to members, addressing a wide variety of their daily financial needs and queries.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle and process common financial operations for members, including money transfers and outgoing wire transfers.
• Digital Banking Support: Offer guidance and assistance for online banking, helping members navigate and utilize digital financial tools effectively.
• Community Engagement: Genuinely interact with new people every day, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and delivering essential financial services with a focus on member satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum High School Diploma or GED. This role is suitable for Early Career individuals.
• Experience: Proficiency with computers.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation, effective communication, and a genuine desire to assist others with financial services.
• Bonus: Previous cash handling experience is preferred; a higher starting pay is offered for fluency in Spanish.
