About Wasatch Peaks Credit Union

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union currently operates 6 branches in Weber County, Utah. Our foundation is a unique one, with 3 Credit Unions merging into one. The last merger occurred about 10 years ago, bringing together Weber, Alliance, and SummitOne Credit Unions.

The Role: Member Service Representative

In this vital role, you are the first impression of Wasatch Peaks Credit Union. Your dedicated member service efforts are crucial to ensuring a positive experience and shaping members’ perception of our credit union.

Your day-to-day tasks consist of helping members one-on-one with a variety of their financial needs, including money transfers, online banking assistance, wire transfers, and more. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves to talk to new people every day and finds great fulfillment in providing essential financial services.

Schedule

This is a Part-Time employment opportunity. The typical schedule is 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. You will never work 6 days in a row, and all Sundays are closed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer experience
• Previous cash handling experience (preferred, but not required)
