Finance & Accounting Internship Program – Spring 2027 | Medpace

• Mission: To play an integral role in valuation, analysis, and forecasting processes, providing critical insights and contributing to standardized financial reporting best practices.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Play an integral role in valuation, analysis, and forecasting processes and assessments, providing analysis and explanation of significant trends to management.
• Best Practices Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized best practices for financial reporting and analysis, including the design of management reporting and analytical tools.
• Data Integration for Insights: Integrate data from various groups to construct an overall understanding of performance that delivers meaningful information to the organization.
• System Maintenance & Support: Maintain financial models and systems that drive the financial budgeting and reporting process, and support enhancements to those models and systems.
• Cross-departmental Partnership: Partner with various Operational and Support departments throughout the Organization to assess financial performance and develop forecasts and budgets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential for this role.
• Skills: Highly organized with high attention to detail and deadline orientation; excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills; ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management; a team player capable of working independently.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
