The TL;DR
• Role: Development Program
• Location: In-person, Muscatine, IA

• Mission: To provide early career individuals with solid, hands-on foundational skills within a lean manufacturing organization, enabling them to implement solutions and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in a one-year rotational program across various business areas, including manufacturing, product development, quality, supply chain, and front-line leadership.
• Work closely with multiple functions to gain a holistic view of the business and culture.
• Contribute meaningfully to the business by learning through hands-on experiences.
• Explore different areas of interest within the rotational department of the organization.
• Receive continuous feedback and robust learning opportunities from dedicated business-leader mentors and leadership teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: No specific years required; active in college activities.
• Skills: Problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, strong leadership characteristics, ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Bonus: High academic achievement (minimum 2.8 GPA); supply chain internship/work experience.
