Job Description: Mars Finance Internship Experience
As a Mars Finance Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:
• Driving the digital agenda: You will help the finance team unlock analytics capabilities, processes and contribute to the adoption of next-generation applications and technologies.
• Valuable project-based assignments: You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive value through tangible assignments, gaining visibility to senior leadership within the organization.
• Developing in-demand skills: You will build capability in sought-after skills including data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership and stakeholder alignment.
• Potential for full-time role: This internship offers a competitive experience with the potential to join full-time within the MARS Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program post-graduation after a successful internship and candidate evaluation.
Opportunities are available in: Newark, NJ (Mars Wrigley); Franklin, TN (Mars Petcare); Chicago, IL; as well as other offices across North America within various business units.
Business Units: Mars Wrigley, Mars Petcare, Royal Canin, Mars Global Services, and Internal Audit.
Requirements:
• Agile students with a drive for results and a desire to learn.
• Passionate about the consumer products industry with a background in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors).
• Willingness to relocate to the site of the role (Newark NJ, Franklin TN, St. Charles MO, or Chicago IL).
• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.
