Mars Finance Internship Experience

As a Mars Finance Intern, you will:

Drive Digital Agenda: Help the finance team unlock analytics capabilities, develop processes, and promote the usage of next-generation applications and technologies.
Deliver Value through Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders on tangible, project-based assignments that contribute to business objectives. These projects provide visibility to senior leadership.
Develop In-Demand Skills: Build capability in sought-after skills like data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership, and stakeholder alignment.
Potential for Full-Time Opportunity: The internship offers a competitive experience with the potential to join the MARS Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program post-graduation after successful internship performance and evaluation.

What Mars is looking for:

Agile and Driven: Candidates should be motivated, results-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of building relationships quickly.
Passionate about Consumer Products: A genuine interest in the consumer products industry is essential.
Finance/Accounting Background: Students should have a background in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
Eligibility: Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors).
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the site of the role (Newark NJ, Franklin TN, St. Charles MO, or Chicago IL)
Work Authorization: Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work sponsorship.
