2027 University New Hire-Marketing | Phillips 66
The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career role at Phillips 66, located in Houston, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Engage in the KATALYST development program, a premier industry-leading program focused on energy commodity supply and trading.
• Immersion: Participate in a dynamic immersion to the Phillips 66 energy value chain, including asset tours, case studies, and discussions with subject matter experts.
• Analysis: Conduct focused analysis assignments and present findings and insights to business leaders.
• Networking: Cultivate professional relationships through networking opportunities, career coaching, and exposure to senior leadership team members.
• Development: Gain experiential learning, professional and market acumen, and develop transferable skills applicable across various Phillips 66 organizations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field of study, or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Graduation date prior to December 31, 2026, or May 31, 2027.
• Skills: Analytical capability, business acumen, communication skills, curious and inquisitive, and an interest in trading.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Previous internship or co-op participant in a related industry. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Mobile and open to relocate within the United States. Available to report on January 26, 2027, or July 13, 2027.
