This Marketing Specialist position is critical for driving direct customer acquisition and brand loyalty through immersive, real-world engagement. The role emphasizes a hands-on approach to learn fundamentals of direct customer acquisition, consumer psychology, and market management, shunning remote work in favor of impactful in-person interactions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Workshops: Participate in daily morning workshops to master compliance, brand messaging, and client psychology, serving as foundational training for direct engagement.
• On-Site Engagement: Transition to major retail partner locations to conduct live, face-to-face consumer presentations, serving as the direct link between brands and their audience.
• Customer Acquisition: Focus on securely finalizing new customer enrollments by skillfully overcoming objections and qualifying leads during direct interactions.
• Brand Representation: Own the daily setup, compliance adherence, and effective presentation of retail-based promotional campaigns on behalf of client brands.
• Performance Optimization: Track daily customer acquisition volume and provide essential feedback to the management team to continuously optimize localized campaign strategies.
