Marketing Intern | PSC Biotech® Corporation

The Tone:
This is an internship role at BioTechnique, a sterile injectable full-service CDMO, located in York, PA. BioTechnique provides a comprehensive range of cytotoxic and therapeutic sterile injectable fill-finish services, from IND applications through commercial scale production, including formulation, compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization. This role is crucial for contributing to marketing solutions within the biotech and pharma sectors, collaborating with internal teams to support and execute strategies that build brand awareness and drive business growth. What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities.
• Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Event Support: Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and generate reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a junior in college, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with expected graduation of Fall 2026 – Spring 2027.
• Experience: Must be local to York, PA, and authorized to work in the U.S. Must be available for full-time hours (40 hours/week) during summer and part-time (minimum 10-15 hours/week) during academic semesters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing engaging campaigns, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe products / Canva and a willingness to learn marketing tools like Google Analytics and various social media platforms.
