What You’ll Actually Do
• On-site Marketing: Take part in on-site marketing and promotional activities directly within the field to broaden the company’s brand exposure to target audiences.
• Market Analysis: Perform market analysis to identify key industry trends, understand customer behaviors, and track relevant performance metrics for informed decision-making.
• Brand & Product Presentations: Prepare and present compelling product and brand information in diverse settings, including retail environments and various live event settings.
• Campaign Optimization: Review gathered campaign data to provide actionable insights, which are then used to optimize and refine future marketing efforts and strategies.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to foster collaborative environments and support business objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An ambitious and driven entry-level professional with an interest in marketing, sales, or communications, ready to contribute to brand visibility and customer engagement efforts.
• Experience: While 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships is considered an asset, it is not mandatory. The role is designed for individuals seeking real-world experience.
• Skills: Confident public speaking abilities combined with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Candidates should be creative thinkers with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable team players.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent professional experience or demonstrated strong potential and drive will also be considered for this role.
