Marketing Assistant | Scorpion

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Scorpion, available for remote work or from the Las Vegas, NV office. Scorpion is a leading provider of technology and services designed to help local businesses thrive by understanding market dynamics, optimizing their marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial for supporting Account Managers and Directors, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality client experience by maintaining service standards and completing client tasks promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to meeting client and team needs with exceptional turnaround time.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Communication: Professionally communicate with clients via email and phone regarding their accounts and campaigns.
• Coordination: Support Account Managers in the timely coordination and execution of various client requests.
• Resolution: Resolve issues and problems or complete tasks related to a client’s website, campaign, or account.
• Support: Address basic client campaign and account questions by confidently utilizing Scorpion’s technology suite.
• Tracking: Track all reactive client emails to ensure every client communication is acknowledged before the end of the day.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience, including internships, with a background in customer service, marketing, or account coordination.
• Skills: Effective organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client and/or AM requests; proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset and the ability to correspond with sophisticated clientele.
• Bonus: Flexibility to support basic client needs when Account Managers are unavailable; demonstrated ability to correctly delegate tasks to the appropriate Support team; keen attention to detail.
