What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Conduct thorough research, analysis, and synthesis of diverse client, market, competitor, and internal data to uncover emerging trends and strategic opportunities for the firm’s growth.
• Monitor: Continuously track and report on industries, macroeconomic factors, financial markets, and corporate transactions affecting the firm’s clients, leveraging tools like Bloomberg for detailed financial data analysis.
• Present: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to practice group leaders and key stakeholders, providing clear understanding and actionable insights to drive strategic business development and meet market intelligence needs.
• Evaluate: Apply sophisticated quantitative and qualitative market data modeling techniques to proactively scan the environment for potential areas of opportunity or vulnerability that could impact the firm.
• Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally with various departments within the firm to gather, interpret, and analyze financial, statistical, and qualitative market intelligence, effectively solving complex business challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, paired with a strong foundational understanding of financial markets, encompassing debt, equity, private equity, real estate, and M&A.
• Experience: Bring 3-5+ years of dedicated analysis experience within banking, capital markets, the broader financial industry, or consulting, with practical exposure to vendor tools such as Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Preqin, or Factset.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, a robust understanding of financial markets, and high proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage.
