What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Exploration: Explore your assigned territory to introduce local businesses to the comprehensive range of products and services W.B. Mason offers.
• Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to uncover their specific needs and demonstrate how our full range of workplace products can benefit them.
• Product Presentation: Demonstrate products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and guide new customers through the setup process via MasonvilleGO.
• Account Transition: Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are smoothly transitioned, well-supported, and receive exceptional care.
• Sales Meetings: Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected, supported, and equipped with the tools and team needed to grow your market and advance your career.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work independently to drive results.
• Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to converse, read, and write fluently in English.
