Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory tests, accurately interpret the results, and compare findings against specified customer requirements.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to analyze data and make necessary adjustments to manufacturing parameters to achieve desired property targets.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the work environment.
  • Ensure that all packaged materials meet stringent product and packaging quality standards prior to shipment.
  • Adhere strictly to all established safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Operate collaboratively and effectively as a unified team member across both Lines 30 and 32.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of manufacturing experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated foundational understanding of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion processes.
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency in computer usage.
  • Possession of a current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required for this role.
  • Must successfully complete all On-the-Job Trainings (OJTs) for Lines 30 and 32 within one year of assuming the position and demonstrate proficiency in operating both lines. Annual recertification will be required.
