The TL;DR

• Pay: $21.50–$28.75 hourly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Efficiency Improvement: Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
• Process Ownership: Critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Equipment Operation: Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision.
• Tool Development: Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency across the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Learn continuous improvement methodologies, such as PPI and Six Sigma, and help promote improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate student completing an Engineering-related degree; legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT Visas are not supported for this position).
• Experience: 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence; consistent track record demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity; energized by championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
