What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on experience in plant operations, covering areas such as shipping/receiving, warehouse management, food safety, and continuous improvement within a production facility rotation.
• Execute critical tasks within corporate supply chain functions, including supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Manage aspects of transportation logistics and raw material procurement processes as part of a corporate supply chain rotation.
• Tackle real business challenges, cultivate curiosity, and collaborate cross-functionally during rotations.
• Participate in structured mentorship and cohort-based learning to gain exposure to leadership and analytics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, procurement, finance, statistics, engineering, MIS, or other related business field, graduating between May 2026 and May 2027. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Right to work in the U.S. not solely based on a student visa or third-party sponsorship. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance. Ability to contribute both as part of a team and individually.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.0 GPA. Demonstrated strong aptitude for business. Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently. Strong prioritization and information research and gathering skills.
