What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate actively in a paid, full-time, hands-on training program dedicated to Retail Management.
• Develop a deep understanding of Menards’ business operations and processes through direct engagement and learning.
• Collaborate closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain mentorship and practical experience.
• Progress through the training curriculum, aiming to assume a management role upon successful completion.
• Secure eligibility for a wide array of career advancements, encompassing opportunities at over 330 Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers.
