• Learn: Understand Menards’ business operations by working alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• Prepare: Gain the necessary knowledge and skills to take on a management role in the near future.
• Advance: Position yourself for eligibility to promote to various roles across 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers upon program completion.
