What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within consumer finance.
• Customer Engagement: Develop long-term customer relationships by actively listening to needs and recommending the best financial services.
• Product Offering: Proactively offer optional products to best serve the evolving needs of new and existing customers.
• Account Management: Contact customers to provide payment reminders and facilitate arrangements.
• Management Support: Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals and provide support in management duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
• Bonus: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.
