What You’ll Actually Do
• Evolve FP&A: Own and evolve our FP&A rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models.
• Partner on Budgets: Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
• Improve Forecasting: Lead and improve forecasting accuracy and transparency across teams through strong models and operational processes.
• Develop Frameworks: Drive development of financial frameworks that align investment decisions with strategic priorities.
• Create Reports: Create executive-ready reports and insights that help tell the story of our business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, for a Manager-level role in Strategic Finance.
• Experience: 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking/consulting, with experience managing forecasting and reporting for major departments and a track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights; excellent written and verbal communication for direct interaction with senior executives; familiarity with modern planning tools and systems such as Pigment, Adaptive, or NetSuite; and the ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure in evolving processes.
