• Team: Investment Business Management, reporting to the Head of Investment Business Management
• Mission: To oversee investment administrations, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with internal and external guidelines (including Shariah), and accurate, timely reporting for both in-house and externally managed portfolios.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investment Reporting: Produce accurate and timely investment reports for external and internal stakeholders, including regulatory, ALMIC, Board, and CIO reporting, while handling Shariah-related matters and supporting fund fact sheet reviews.
• Performance Analytics: Conduct investment performance reporting and analytics for both in-house and externally managed investment portfolios, engaging with fund managers on attribution analysis and supporting external fund manager reviews.
• Data & Limits Management: Maintain investment management tools and documentations, ensuring accuracy and timely upload of data, liaising with teams for data integrity, and monitoring investment limits as per Zurich policy.
• Operational Support: Coordinate various departmental activities including Asset & Liability Management for local regulatory requirements, Net Investment Income planning and monitoring, ESG reporting, investment cash planning, and KYC/due diligence coordination.
• Project & Business Engagement: Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Head of Investment Business Management, providing meaningful analysis and engaging with business units on investment-related matters and transformation projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Degree Holder or equivalent, qualified as an accounting/financial professional, with a focus on Investment Analysis.
• Experience: 5 or more years of experience in the Investment Analysis area.
• Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills, ability to effectively manage changing priorities, strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of providing meaningful analysis related to investment management, and ability to enhance efficiency.
• Bonus: Experience in working in the Islamic financial sector, experience in working in Insurance/Takaful, or CFA or equivalent qualification are strong advantages.
