• Mission: This role is responsible for creating key financial presentations and models to provide deeper insights into claim operations and outcomes across diverse business units.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Create key financial presentations and models for strategic projects across diverse business units.
• Dashboard Development: Develop new dashboards and reports that provide deeper insights into claim operations and outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Drive transparency and understanding of Unallocated Loss Adjustment Expense (ULAE) results and implement enhancements to the ULAE allocation process.
• Resource Forecasting: Create claim staffing models and forecast future staffing needs while supporting planning and forecasting processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex financial information and insights to business partners and prepare key messages for management teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Accounting or Finance with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 6 years with a High School Diploma, or completion of Zurich Finance Development Program plus 2 years, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice plus 4 years.
• Skills: Advanced financial analysis and modeling, data visualization, strong verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Insurance industry experience, project management experience, experience with SQL or related, data visualization experience in PBI or related.
