This Finance Track role within the Launch program is designed to build foundational technical, business, and professional skills through rotational assignments, preparing graduates for an accelerated career as an experienced finance professional within the industrial technology industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Complete multiple rotational assignments across various Belden teams to broaden your perspective and professional network.
• Own: Take real ownership of meaningful projects that deliver measurable business impact.
• Collaborate: Engage directly with senior leaders and experienced mentors who are invested in your professional growth.
• Develop: Receive structured development in essential technical, business, and professional capabilities.
• Transition: Progress into an experienced professional role at Belden upon successful completion of the three-year program.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field, completed within the past two years or by June 2027.
• Experience: Related internship or project work demonstrating hands-on experience with Excel, analytical tools, financial modeling, variance analysis, and/or data-driven research with real business output.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities; High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, initiative, accountability, and a bias for action.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments; Authorization to work in the country of employment (sponsorship not provided).
