Over the course of the program, the individual will gain extensive hands-on and practical experience across the major operational departments of a hotel. This role is fundamental in cultivating a deep understanding of hotel management, ensuring smooth daily workflows, and upholding high service standards critical to guest satisfaction and property success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Immersion: Gain comprehensive hands-on and practical experience across all major hotel operational departments, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Food and Beverage, to develop a holistic understanding of hotel functions.
• Management Fundamentals: Actively learn and apply principles of daily hotel operations, effective staff supervision, and essential financial administration practices within each department.
• Workflow Management: Collaborate directly with department managers to assist with daily workflows, optimize scheduling, and efficiently allocate staff resources to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.
• On-Duty Leadership: Periodically serve as the Manager on Duty, acting as the primary point of contact for all staff and guests, ensuring property security, and competently handling any emergency situations that may arise.
• Employee Development: Participate actively in the onboarding and continuous training of new employees, focusing on reinforcing all established brand service standards and critical safety protocols throughout the hotel.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field. This is an entry-level developmental role specifically tailored for recent college graduates aiming for a career in hospitality leadership.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required for this developmental program; however, candidates with equivalent industry experience in a hotel or related hospitality setting may be considered as a substitute for the stated degree requirement.
• Skills: Possess robust schedule flexibility, including the essential ability to work a varied schedule that encompasses mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, which is crucial for fully understanding and supporting the continuous, 24/7 nature of the hotel business.
