What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact, representing Enterprise to both customers and business partners from day one, ensuring a positive experience.
• Operational Management: Gain hands-on experience as the behind-the-scenes operational expert at a neighborhood branch, mastering core business functions.
• Business Development: Actively get out into the community to establish and nurture essential relationships, cultivating new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Receive guidance and mentoring to develop and support your team within the structured program.
• Branch Management: Acquire the comprehensive knowledge and skills across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations required to successfully run your own branch.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is a mandatory qualification for this Early Career position.
• Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a sales, customer service, management, or leadership capacity.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management are essential to excel in this role, alongside the ability to build business relationships.
