What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Contribution: Actively support the achievement of location sales goals by engaging with customers, promoting rental services, and understanding revenue-generating strategies.
• Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, helpful, and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operational Training: Engage in comprehensive, hands-on training covering all essential aspects of daily branch operations, including vehicle check-in/out processes and facility management.
• Business Management: Develop practical skills in finance, such as understanding daily transaction reporting and cost management, and learn fleet management practices, including vehicle allocation and maintenance schedules.
• People Leadership: Learn and practice people management, assisting with team supervision, scheduling, and fostering a productive work environment within the branch.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a dedicated Manager in Training role designed for individuals seeking a clear path to becoming a Branch Manager within 12 to 18 months. A High School diploma or its equivalent is a fundamental requirement for this position.
• Experience: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, which is essential for duties involving fleet and operations. The role also requires demonstrated strong computer skills for various administrative and operational tasks, alongside proven multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Skills: Excellent written communication skills are critical for clear, professional correspondence and documentation within the branch. Superior spoken communication skills are necessary for engaging effectively with customers, team members, and management. Strong proficiency in computer applications and the capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also key for success in this hands-on role.
