Job Description:
Serenity is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Manager in Training for their Holladay, UT location. This position offers hands-on experience in various clinic roles and leads to a full-fledged leadership position within Serenity’s expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Rotations: Participate in 1–3 month rotations across various clinic positions, gaining comprehensive knowledge and leadership skills.
• Persuasive Communication: Promote advanced healthcare options and overcome customer objections.
• Business Development: Drive business growth and collaborate on innovative marketing initiatives.
• Patient Experience: Advocate for mental health, educate customers on transformative treatments, and prioritize patient satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Master the Electronic Health Records system for accurate and efficient care coordination.
• Strategic Consultations: Gather crucial patient information and design personalized treatment plans.
• Act as a key liaison between the organization and patients.
Trigger Warning: The role involves working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and supporting these patients, which may be triggering for some.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
• No healthcare experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and effectively resolve patient or customer concerns.
• Patient-centric mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
