• Mission: Assist the Store Manager in overall operations and administrative duties to ensure store profitability and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee operations: Assist the Store Manager in controlling company assets and establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Supervise store: Assume full responsibility for the entire store’s operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Guide staff and customers: Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across all departments as needed.
• Monitor profitability: Stay aware of inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure departmental and overall store profitability.
• Uphold standards: Practice and uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as outlined in various operational and personnel manuals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager in Training level, with a foundation in retail operations and customer service.
• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience with experience working in a retail environment.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assist in managing a team.
• Bonus: Experience in footwear and athletic apparel retail is preferred.
