Management Trainee | Enterprise

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise to customers and partners from a neighborhood branch.
• Operational Expertise: Act as the behind-the-scenes expert for operational processes and procedures.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships within the community.
• Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a team, learning the skills needed to manage a branch.
• Core Business Functions: Master customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an early career role designed for individuals starting their management path.
• Experience: Must have 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership/management. Leadership experience can include involvement in organizations/clubs, volunteer work, athletics, or military service.
• Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
