What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary representative for Enterprise to customers and business partners, ensuring high-quality service.
• Operational Oversight: Learn and implement the essential knowledge and skills required to manage a neighborhood branch effectively.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities and establish key relationships within the local community.
• Team Development: Gain experience in mentoring and developing a team, fostering growth and performance within the branch.
• Core Business Mastery: Excel in areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an early career position.
• Experience: Must have at least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles. Leadership experience includes participation in organizations/clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years). Must be able to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
