What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary representative for Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Operational Oversight: Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert within a neighborhood branch.
• Business Mastery: Master the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run your own branch.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business by establishing relationships within the community.
• Team Leadership: Develop and mentor your team, fostering growth and performance.
• Core Competencies: Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license; authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
